Q: What is your top priority if elected?
If I am elected my top priority would be to improve the maintenance of our roads, sidewalks and facilities.
Q: What makes you the best candidate in the race?
I don't believe that I am more qualified for the position than any of the other candidates. All I have to offer is honesty and a desire to serve and better my community.
Q: Please list important issues and briefly state your position on those issues.
I believe there are several issues that are important to our community. The maintenance of our sidewalks and facilities has to be high on our list of priorities. Both are in need of repair. The appearance of our downtown area needs improving especially with our holiday decorations. We have thousands of people traveling through our community on a daily basis and we should project an image worthy of our unique community and our citizens. We must do a better job of addressing the input of information from all of our town residents. There have been exceptions granted to developers while we have held our citizens and contractors to another standard. Everyone should play by the same rules and exceptions should be granted only when it will benefit the community.
Q: How can you improve Windermere?
As an individual I can offer only my honesty and dedication to helping keep Windermere among the top communities in Florida. It will take all of the town council members working with all of our citizens in order for improvement to be realized.
Q: If you wish to address some issue not listed above, I invite you to submit a brief statement on that matter.
