Q: What is your top priority if elected?
If elected, my top priority is to be a public servant for the people of District 4 and the City of Ocoee. By initiating a new beginning with economic development, educational opportunities for our seniors to our youth and exhibit effective leadership that will create a positive impact for the Ocoee community.
Q: What makes you the best candidate in the race?
Having the qualifications of leadership, integrity and working as a public servant for our nation as a Navy veteran, organizing community projects benefiting communities and education and hanging out with our youth on the football field or basketball court defines me as the best candidate for this race.
Q: Please list important issues and briefly state your position on those issues.
1. Retail economic development: Introduce a plan for more retail economic growth within and around the West Oaks Mall. My plan is a simple one, partner with experienced developers and financial institutions with the ability to write and support municipal bonds for building projects.; 2. Education: Building an educational facility by using the over 300 acres in the northern section of the city. Invite institutions such as Valencia, UCF, UF, etc... to partner with the city to develop a facility that would feed into their programs of higher education.; 3. Diversity; Bring about more diversity in city government and city workforce. Introduce a plan that will create management opportunities for the citizens in our city.
